Protecting, Healing, and Helping Lakota Children to Live Safe and Stand Strong
VOLUNTEER
Many volunteer opportunities are available with the Oglala Lakota Children’s Justice Center. As a non-profit organization we rely on help from all sources. We pursue volunteers to maintain extreme confidentiality, integrity and dedication to work with the most innocent and vulnerable population – Lakota children.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We invite volunteers who are over the age of 18, experienced in working within a non-profit organization, have a cultural awareness of Lakota values, and are willing to perform tasks from emptying the trash can to writing documents to answering the phone and tracking donors. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed.

We welcome college interns and have hosted many for summer volunteer opportunities.
